The Warehouse is thrilled to add you to our consignment family! Our main product lines are furniture, home décor and original art. We ask you email photos of items and someone will be in touch. We do have a pick up service available. We will select items that we believe our customers will buy and based on our current inventory. Occasionally, there may be items that we cannot accept. We call these “no thank-yous” and ask that you not take it personally when an item is not accepted. All items will be consigned for 90 days. (After 90 days, unsold items will be held for pickup for 30 days, then donated to charity.) The Warehouse will not be held responsible for any item in case of theft, fire, flood, missing tag, damage, etc. Consignor Split based on the selling price of the item: 60 % (consignor)/40% (The Warehouse).
Credit in your Consigner Account can be used at any time towards items purchased in the store. You can also request a check for prior month’s sales to be issued on or after the 6th of each month. A $10 account setup/maintenance fee will be applied to all accounts. Any account not used in 1 year will be deemed inactive.
All items brought in for consignment will be processed by The Warehouse staff to assure sale ability. The merchandising and display of all items is at the discretion of The Warehouse. All pricing will be at the discretion of The Warehouse and will be agreed to by the consignor at the time of acceptance.
